Controversial internet personalities Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have reportedly travelled to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, according to a recent social media update shared by the older brother.
In a post shared to his 10.9 mln followers on X (formerly Twitter), Andrew Tate is seen standing outside a building in the Uzbek capital alongside his brother, Tristan, and a small entourage. The brothers appear to be wearing traditional heavily embroidered Uzbek chapan coats, which are often gifted as a sign of honour and respect to visitors.
Tate captioned the photograph: «A very warm welcome into Tashkent Uzbekistan 🇺🇿. Very important work to do here – While the west collapses, new opportunities rise.»
He concluded the post by quoting a historic national motto associated with the «Adolat» political party: «True strength is in Justice. Kuch adolatdadir!»

Very important work to do here –
While the west collapses, new opportunities rise.
As the national motto goes:
True strength is in Justice.

At the time of writing, the specific nature of the «important work» or the «new opportunities» referenced by Tate remains undisclosed, and it is unclear who hosted the brothers upon their arrival.
Who are the Tate Brothers?
Andrew Tate, a former professional kickboxer, and his younger brother Tristan skyrocketed to internet notoriety by promoting a hyper-masculine, opulent lifestyle. They successfully monetised their massive online following through ventures such as «Hustler’s University» (later rebranded), which marketed online courses to young men on wealth creation, crypto-currency, and mindset.
However, their rapid rise to prominence has been heavily steeped in controversy. Andrew Tate has faced widespread condemnation and previous bans from major social media platforms for expressing views that advocacy groups and critics describe as overtly misogynistic and dangerous to young audiences.
Ongoing legal battles
The brothers’ reported international travel to Central Asia comes against the backdrop of severe and ongoing legal battles in Europe.
In Romania, where the brothers have been primarily based for several years, Andrew and Tristan Tate face serious criminal charges. Romanian authorities have indicted the dual US-UK citizens on charges of human trafficking, forming an organised criminal group, and the sexual exploitation of women. Andrew Tate also faces a separate charge of rape.
Romanian prosecutors allege that the brothers, alongside two Romanian female accomplices, used a «loverboy» method to recruit vulnerable women, eventually coercing them into producing highly lucrative explicit content for adult platforms.
Additionally, the brothers are facing investigations in the United Kingdom regarding allegations of tax evasion, with British courts having previously seized millions of pounds in assets. They also face a civil lawsuit in the United States from a woman alleging coercion and defamation.
Both Andrew and Tristan Tate have vehemently and consistently denied all allegations. They maintain their innocence, frequently claiming that the charges are baseless and part of a coordinated, global conspiracy by «The Matrix» designed to silence their influence.
It is currently unclear how their reported trip to Uzbekistan aligns with the judicial supervision and any travel restrictions previously imposed by the Romanian courts.
