Iran is ready to deepen its partnership with Belarus across all sectors, Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref said on Wednesday during a meeting in Tehran with Andrei Kuznetsov, Belarus’s minister of industry and head of the Belarusian delegation to the Joint Commission on Cooperation.
Aref emphasised that Iran and Belarus have complementary economies capable of meeting one another’s needs, adding that expanding cooperation is one of Tehran’s strategic priorities. He said the successful 18th meeting of the Joint Commission has created «a very good opportunity» to advance comprehensive ties.
