Qatar has strongly condemned the recent attack on the United Arab Emirates Consulate General in Iraqi Kurdistan, calling it a serious violation of international law and diplomatic norms.
In an official statement, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said targeting diplomatic missions represents a breach of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which guarantees the protection of embassies, consulates and their personnel.
